All our bags are handmade in Norway and each piece is unique.
Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. This reflects the handcrafted nature of our products and is not considered a defect.
Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the delivered item.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Pricing
All prices include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and vary depending on destination.
Prices are subject to change but apply to confirmed orders only.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Norway: 5–7 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
We use trusted carriers such as Posten/Bring for delivery.
Customers must provide the correct shipping address.
Delays caused by postal services, customs, or weather are outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and unique nature of our bags, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
If an item is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by Bag of Brides only if the item is defective or sent incorrectly.
7. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are made-to-order.
Lead times, design details, and approvals will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bag of Brides is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or customs charges.
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or mishandling of the product.

All images, designs, and branding are property of Bag of Brides.
Customers may not reproduce or use these for commercial purposes without permission.
